Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Schemamotion on devices you own or control.

Personal License

• Valid for use by one individual
• Can be activated on 1 device owned by the licensee
• Cannot be shared with others
• Includes lifetime updates

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices
• Share your license key with others
• Use the software for illegal purposes
• Resell or redistribute the software

Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with notice. Except where required by law, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Updates and Support

Your license includes free updates for the lifetime of the product. We provide email support to all licensed users. While we strive to respond promptly, we do not guarantee specific response times.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Schemamotion and all related intellectual property rights remain our exclusive property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the diagrams and content you create using Schemamotion. We do not claim ownership of your work. All your data is stored locally on your device.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Schemamotion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Schemamotion.

Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies. Sections regarding ownership, warranties, and liability survive termination.

Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations in your use of Schemamotion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Schemamotion after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
